Delivery: Clients shall pay for all deliveries. Depending on locations, we may use local dispatch services or DHL and UPS for international deliveries. Rates can change based on the carrier fees.
Payment methods:
To ensure that we offer our clients a safe and easy transaction platform, we have chosen gateways that suit our customers from all over the world. They include: visa card, Verve card, mastercard, Direct bank transfer.
We do not offer pay on delivery.
Return Policy: We value our customers and want your shopping experience with us to be an enjoyable one and we do hope you love each and every item you purchase.
To avoid any inconvenience or delays, we always recommend that our customers review the SIZE CHART in detail before making a purchase.
Should you however purchase an item that does not fit well or is damaged, please reach out to us within 2 days of the delivery via email at atunnise@gmail.com quoting your order details and the issue.
Once we receive the said information, with that you will be able to return for a different size, style.
Sale purchases which are reduced are FINAL! (No exchanges, cancellations or refunds)
For all exchanges, items must be received within 5 working days of receipt of package.
Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Atunnise Clothiers is not responsible for return expenses. All items being returned and delivery costs are borne by the customer wishing to make a return.
Original shipping is not refundable.
Colours may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects or qualify for refunds.
