– We strive to process and ship your order within 2-3 business days after it has been placed. 

– Shipping Timeline outside of Lagos is determined by the delivery company 

– For international orders, shipping times may vary depending on the destination.

2. Shipping Fees

– Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. These fees are clearly displayed at check-out and are non-refundable.

3. Returns and Exchanges

– We want you to love your purchase. Our Returns Policy can be found on the Shipping tab on our storefront. Please check this before you make a purchase.

4. Tracking and Delivery

– A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
